Together they house over 4 decades of experience in the business and personal development world. At very young ages, we the Ben Salmi kids aka the Fantastic 5 (They are often said to be the Jackson 5 of the personal development world), became authors, publishers, youth advocates, advisors, public speakers and mentors, merely because they wanted to show other young people and families that anything is possible and that they can achieve the same or better!

Sabrina Ben Salmi BSc aka Mum
Dreaming Big Together Founder, Multiple Award Winning Author, Multiple Award Winning Consultant, Host/Presenter, Publisher, Public Speaker and Philanthropist. Sabrina Ben Salmi is a proud mother of 5, a multiple award winning author, publisher, public speaker, consultant and presenter.
She has also been recognised and listed as No 2 on the list for Top 50 Most Inspirational Black Women in the UK 2019 & Mother of The Year Award Winner. Helping families to DREAM BIG TOGETHER and write their stories as they build their family legacy.
Lashai Ben Salmi aka Shai
Lashai Ben Salmi (Eldest Of The Ben Salmi Kids)
Lashai (AKA Shai) is a multi-award winning author, publisher, public speaker and creative director. Her mission is to empower and inspire as many people as possible to turn their dreams into a reality. Lashai is a multiple award winner namely PRECIOUS Girls, Rotary, UnLtd to name a few. She also sits on the board for 'The Nest School' and is the head of the youth department at Regan Hillyer International.
She has been a part of the business, entertainment and personal development world since the age of 11. Lashai speaks Korean and works closely with the Korean Cultural Centre and is the co-creator of Hallyu Con. Hallyu Con was awarded and recognised by the Korean Government. Lashai was awarded the 'Distinguished Korean Wave Representative' award by the Korean Cultural Centre UK for her contributions in promoting Korean culture.
She is on a mission to to promote cultural connectivity and youth empowerment.
Her signature topics include: Social Media, Travel, Self Belief, K-POP, Entertainment / K-Entertainment, Music, Beauty, Connection, Inspiration and Motivation.
Lashai has been in the entertainment business and personal development world for over a decade. From a young age Lashai has published over 7 books alongside her anti-bullying app.

Tray-Sean Ben Salmi is a 18 year old Amazon #1 best seller and award winning author, stocks and shares trader, publisher, mentor and an award winning public speaker and was featured on TEDx Swansea.
Tray-Sean has recently signed a contract with FirstPoint USA for an opportunity to go to America for a full academic and sports scholarship. He was one of 34 boys invited to sit papers at the prestigious Eton College for boys and he wrote a book about it called: From Eton Road to Eton College.
